The location of this hotel is perfect, surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops. It is also conveniently located near the amazing world heritage listed Phong Nha's river caves. the rooms are large and spacious, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities such as a fridge, TV, and AC. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing great advice on the area and offering free bicycle service.

The noise from the outside can be quite loud until about midnight.

I had a great stay at this hotel in a perfect area surrounded by restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they even offered scooter rentals to explore the surrounding temples. The rooms were spacious, well air-conditioned, and had a balcony. The breakfast was included and it was delicious. it was a fantastic value for the price.

I am very happy with this hotel. We booked for 2 nights but our flight from Hanoi was cancelled so we missed one night. I emailed the hotel from the airport and they told me not to worry, they would not cancel my booking and we arranged for airport pick up the next morning. They were very helpful and the best part is they did not charge us for the night we missed- which was highly appreciated, The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the hotel is in a good location to walk to restaurants, shops and ATMs. The hotel helpedus with confirming and then changing our bus tickets leaving Hue and we did a city tour with them due to our shortened time in, Hue. For 3 people it was $36, which was fine with us, plus the weather was very cold and wet so it was better than walking around everywhere. They also offer a good, free, breakfast. :)

The hotel staff were great. They organized a motorbike tour in and outside of the city which was really great. Wifi in rooms was pretty good. Rooms were quite comfortable.

The restaurants around the hotel were really expensive (in Vietnam standards) and the food was of poor quality. Best thing to do is walk about 5-10min south and you will find really great meals and bars

This hotel is great value for money, especially if you're traveling with a group. We were able to get three rooms for a very reasonable price, allowing all nine of us to stay comfortably. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants to explore. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, with windows that let in natural light and a balcony to relax on. It was a nice touch having breakfast included, giving us a good start to our day.

We stayed over New Year at a hotel in the backpacker strip for a great price. the spacious room had a balcony and was very affordable. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great for exploring the area's sights and getting around. Breakfast was included and was good for local Vietnam hotel standards.

The backpacker area can be noisy at night, so expect some disturbance if you're a light sleeper. the balcony door didn't close tightly, which allowed noise from the street to seep into the room.

The air conditioning in our room didn't work properly and despite their promise to find us a new room, nothing was done. The service in general was lacking and we had to find another hotel ourselves.

We loved the spacious rooms with 2 large beds and a balcony. The hotel's cleanliness was exceptional. It was conveniently located close to restaurants, bars, and the citadel.
